The "VCK22" is a vitrified CBN wheel that achieves both "low grinding resistance" and "high durability" compared to conventional internal grinding wheels. By reducing the initial grinding resistance immediately after dressing, it can be used with confidence for internal grinding, which is prone to issues due to high grinding resistance in the early stages of use. Additionally, the development of a new manufacturing method has successfully achieved uniform spacing of the abrasive grains.
